I'm curious, did you guys have to incorporate as particular entity (co-op corp, LLC etc) or did you do something more traditional? <br /><br />I ask because I've seen Luka mention issues with being a co-op member overseas, and I've heard that it can usually be circumvented by co-ops forming as LLCs. <br /><br />That's it!
