If people are interested—and none of the challenged object—I was thinking of compiling and reformatting all the entries into a single PDF. Unwashed masses, what do you think?

As long as you stick a link to the original post and credit the author, I don't see why a PDF would be a problem. I personally have no objections. That would be rather cool to have my stuff in a GMing PDF. :)
